BOOKING INFORMATION
We are meeting the Industry Standard for following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, having a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
Will I need to wear a mask?
We recommend the wearing of face coverings when arriving, leaving, moving around the site, and using our toilet facilities.
All our performances will be relaxed. If you do leave your seat during the performance, we ask you to cover your face as you may briefly pass near to other audience members.
Will I need to show proof of vaccination when I visit?
No. We do not require you to have proof of vaccination.
What if I have Covid symptoms?
If you or anyone in your household is unwell, please do not visit the performance.

Where do I sit?
You may seat yourself within the theatre that is suitable for you and allowing for social distancing.

Will there be drinks and snacks to buy?
Yes. There will be snacks, drinks and bar facilities at the performances.
Will there be toilets?
Yes. There will be toilets available.
When can I arrive?
Theatre doors will open 30 minutes before the performance begins.
What is the running time?
CHICAGO is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including an interval.
Do I need to do Track and Trace?
In accordance with Track and Trace rules, we are required to record the contact details of your party when you attend a performance and will do so via the ticket booking system.
This information will not be used for any purpose other than the government’s Track and Trace programme. After 21 days, it will be destroyed.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes. All tickets can be purchased at our box office with cash or card although we strongly advise pre-booking.
